Rajasthan Patrika is one of the oldest Indian Hindi-language daily newspaper. In the year 1956, it was founded by Kapoor Chandra Kulish and published as the name of Rajasthan Patrika in Delhi and Rajasthan, and as a name of  Patrika in 9 other states. Based on the Indian Readership Survey 2013, this Newspaper emerged as the fourth most-readable Hindi language newspaper in India, and the  Patrika emerged in sixth place all over the country. History of Rajasthan Patrika

On 7 March 1956, Rajasthan Patrika was started by Mr.Karpoor Chandra Kulish, who is also a follower of the Jain religion. It was started with a borrowed amount of Rs. 500. After a  year, it became a leading national daily newspaper. Rajasthan Patrika prints editions mainly in  New Delhi and the seven other states of Chhattisgarh( Bilaspur, Jagdalpur, and Raipur), Gujarat ( Ahmedabad and Surat), Karnataka (Bangalore and Hubli), Madhya Pradesh (under the other name of Patrika in Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore, Jabalpur, Ujjain, and eight other cities), Rajasthan (Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Gangapur City, and 13 other cities) and in Tamil Nadu (Chennai and Coimbatore). Initially, in the year 2015,  Rajasthan Patrika launched a Delhi-based English news website, named Catch News under the aegis of senior journalist and editor Shoma Chaudhry. Rajasthan Patrika also publishes two bi-monthly Hindi language child magazines — named “Balkans” and “Chotu-Motu”. This company has a covering network of more than 4000 agents and 15,000 Hawkers and also a motivated workforce of 7000 workers is associated with the company. Rajasthan Patrika reaches more than eighty countries via PEPC worldwide machines.
